The Certified Two Step process is defined as an innovative solution
for Clients with special assets in which property is strategically
offered at online only Real Estate Auction.
The complete process is carried out under normal procedures as Real Estate transactions occur. Attorneys, surveyors, abstractors and other outside vendor’s complete tasks as assigned, completed as reported to any primary seller and/or representative that is in charge of the Real estate transactions.
This process will allow for complete flexibility is obtaining the highest possible offering with the best possible terms.
Two-Step Process
The first phase allows for assets to be sold by offering the asset with the Certified Real Estate online-only bidding platform allowing qualified buyers to participate and purchase in an electronic atmosphere. Upon conclusion of the online-only auction, the results are evaluated. In the event that the objectives have not been met, the second phase is implemented and a simulcast live outcry auction held in conjunction with online bidding is scheduled.
New Brokerage Relationships
It is our constant progression to develop new relationships with Brokers and agents in new territories. The goal is to educate and supply agents with additional tools to accomplish the transaction form listed to SOLD.
Existing Brokerage Relationships
CRE is structured to relieve the existing broker in place throughout this process or at the discretion of the client, in the case where the existing Broker already maintains a listing. CRE may select an affiliate broke in alliance with CRE.

Client reviews, confirms and executes sales contracts
- Time being of essence, client shall notify CRE immediately as bids are confirmed
- CRE manages execution of contracts
- CRE collects escrow funds
All transactions close 30 days after consummation of contract
- Certified Real Estate schedules closings

The traditional world of Real estate auctions is to sell real estate on site, in a ballroom setting or seal bids offerings, these applications are extremely effective most every market place, online only auctions are rapidly emerging as the new bid platform of the future and can be conducted in simultaneous environments.
In the event results from the online-only auction are not accepted, CRE moves into a simultaneous live outcry auction with an internet bidding platform in conjunction with the event.
